so i battled kyogre twice (once after beating elite four and steven) and both times kyogre fainted, and now he's not coming back. is there a way to battle him again? or do i have to start the game over?
Beat the elite four and the champion again and it'll comeback.
If you don't want to defeat the elite four a third time after that, you can save the game right before battling Kyogre and reset the system if it faints.
