I'm playing tales of abyss for 3ds and loving it. The thing is I never played tales of Symphonia and tales of Symphonia dawn of new world. The first one on GameCube is very expensive now, the Wii one is getting expensive, do you think tales of Symphonia for Gamecube will ever come to 3ds. It's like 150 on amazon. I don't want to miss out on these games. I'D love ports to 3ds or wii u. What do you think, is it possible.

Wii U future of gaming.

Check for it at a local store, or on Gamestop's website will show you what they have in stock if you put in your zip code. And is that the used price? Go for used if at all possible.

I've been hearing good things about Tales of Symphonia also but the price has so far lead me away from a purchase.

Yeah just go to GameStop. It's only $20 there.

Currently playing: Fire Emblem: Awakening.
Current backlog: Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch (part way through) and the Unfinished Swan (unplayed).

Yeah...Tales games go expensive real quick, especially in the West. Oddly, Tales of Symphonia hasn't been rereleased since it was released on the PS2 in 2004. I'd imagine they'll announce a rerelease this year, since this is its 10th anniversary.

But, if you can track it down for a good price, please do. It's a good game.

I bought it (way back) as my first game for my GameCube, without knowing that there were other Tales games and just because I liked the cover of the box- now I certainly feel lucky that I did. As for the game itself, I find it to be amazing and WAY better than Tales of the Abyss. Keep your hopes up for a rerelease but, as CanisWolfred said, buy it if you find it for an affordable price- it is absolutely worth it in my opinion.

I've always wanted Tales of Symphonia, but the game always goes for over £50 of eBay... Why does this game elude me so?!?
If it gets on the VC on the Wii U, I'm getting a Wii U the day it gets released.
