I thought of that a while ago, it would be a good way to lure in those "non-gamers". It worked with the DS, so why not bring the same concept over to the 3DS?
I'd like to see Dr Kawashima wearing a dusty fedora hat, smoking a pipe this time. While you solve his ancient puzzles and conundrums the smoke from his pipe slowly fills up the screen so it acts like a timer.
One puzzle could be moving coloured boxes over a minefield for example. Instead of a mine popping up, boom!, there's Dr Kawashima's head popping out right in front of you. Obviously still smoking his damn pipe.
In short, he has to be more physically active in the game for me to buy a 3D version of his torture games.
Current 3DS games: Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 3D Land, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars, Super Street Fighter IV 3D, Ridge Racer 3D.
Dr Kawashima got a game for the iPad and you can hold the system in any way you want, so I don't think holding the 3DS as a book has to be mandatory if they release a game for it.

Pretty sure there will be no smoking in a Brain Age, or any other Nintendo game. Don't want to promote smoking to kids.
