Topic: Bottom screen on 2ds doesn’t look right. Any help?

I was playing Pokémon on my 2DS when I used the buttons and not the stylus to select a move to use, the screen suddenly glitches out and then thin but noticeable vertical lines appeared on my bottom screen. Also when I move the console close to me you can hear a quiet high-pitched tone. (The screen still works fine but it is fairly annoying.)

@Huara54 Regarding the bottom screen, my guess is partial hardware failure. I say partial, since it still works. Which probably requires repair. But, it's just a guess.
