These challenges alone are worth the $40 for COMPLETE. It's like getting a sequel for each and every game. Plus all that bonus content. And being able to take BIT.TRIP SAGA on the go AND in 3D is enough of a selling point for me.

Just got the newest NP, and they reviewed Saga and gave it an 8/10. The main gripes they had with the game were Core's difficulty and that it doesn't include Complete's extra content & difficulty levels (they gave complete a 9/10 btw).
They took off points because of Core's difficulty? lol. Well seeing as the difficulty isn't a problem for me (if anything it's more incentive to buy it) I'll probably be getting this right away.

Well, they mentioned the uneven quality of the games and the reviewer (Chris Hoffman) said the difficulty turned him off from Core, so those two things (and the lack of Complete's challenges/difficulty settings) were what lowered the score.
Is there another difference between the different versions exept the 3D and the "glorious surround sound"?
Yeah, Complete has a ton of more challenge levels in it and difficulty level settings so those that are rhythmically challenged can work through the games as well.
I'm going for SAGA Matillon, but then again I already own all the WiiWare ones so COMPLETE feels redundant to me (I'll pick it up eventually though). I think the soundtrack CD is a huge incentive to purchase (packaged with COMPLETE and pre-order bonus from GameStop with SAGA).
Um..I'm sorry isn't this basically the Game and Watch game 'Manhole', but in a slightly different context with an animated 3D background that you logically wouldn't be able to actually focus on whilst playing the game..with a very strange capitalised name? This compilation contains six games none of which are anything like Manhole. There's a platformer, an on-rails shooter, a couple Pong-ish games, a Katamari Damacy-esque, and a four-directional shooter, all of them with rhythm twists. My descriptions sound so awkward because most of them are genre-defying games.
If you're good enough you'll be able to watch the backgrounds and decipher the meanings behind them, trust me.
The title makes sense if you play them all and get the full story.
To carry over from my locked thread...Which game do you think will sell more copies: Saga or Complete? I'm thinking Complete, mainly because the Wii has a much larger user base than the 3DS at the moment.

They're supposed to be out, but as far as I know no one has found a copy yet. It's possible they're just shipping today. Post if you were able to score one already.

Amazon hasn't shipped mine yet.
I'll see if my local Gamestop has one tonight (if my parents let me go there ...).
Edit: Just called them and they do not have any copies. Lame.
