Topic: Bit trip saga recommendations

Dear all
I notice that bit trip saga will be downloadable at the princely sum of £18 this week.
Would you recommend it to someone like myself, who has never played any of the individual bit trip titles on wiiware?

NL gives the package a score of 7 out of 10. How have others found the package?

Playing the WiiWare originals is a far better experience, or actually Bit.Trip Complete is the definitive collection (if they have that in Europe?). The 3DS version feels so glitchy that I basically only consider the games half playable, and it doesn't look as great on the tiny 3DS screen either.

It's alright, I was able to download this for $10.

Only get Bit.Trip Saga if you want the poorest version of the bit trip games. Complete or the WiiWare originals are better and offer a lag-free bit.trip experience.

If I keep the 3D off, will the framerate issues still be annoying?

Get complete on wii it's better and cheaper.

In SAGA, there are levels in the last world that still have some lag despite turning 3D completely off.

According to Wikipedia, there is a PAL version of it.
