I suppose you can do it the old fashioned way, Copy it all into a file on your computer and then load it one to your new SD. I hope anyway. The SD card in your 3DS is just a regular SD Card.
I bought a another SD card. I copied everything from my old SD card to my computer, then copied the data from the computer to my new SD card. Worked perfectly.
Currently playing: 3DS: KI: Uprising Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles "Heh, heh... Thanks... You're nice. Umm... Can I ask... a question? Your friends... What kind of... people are they? I wonder... Do these people... think of you...as a friend?"
Hmmmm... well it's a good idea, but I think Nintendo said that the Nintendo 3DS can only support 2GB. I'm not sure If it will work with SD cards higher than that, but still try, or was it the bagel :3!

The 3DS supports SD Cards up to 32GB. My sister has a 16GB Card and it works perfectly!
