NSMB2 hardly looks different at all with 3D on. It's one of the few games I don't even bother to play in 3D, as such.
I'd put it as one of the worst ones I've used 3D on. When you turn it on, the backgrounds get really blurry.
If I could pick one that I think looks best with the 3D on, it would be Kid Icarus Uprising's flying portions.

If I'm talking purely about visual enhancement, I would have to say the best 3D on the system I've seen thus far can be found in Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. The game looks jaw-droppingly gorgeous in 3D.
BEST:
-Mario 3D Land~ This is on the top of my list because it uses the 3D effect in game instead of just eye candy
-Resident Evil Revelations~ The graphics and 3D effect really added to the atmosphere!
-Pushmo~ You really need it on to play the game.
