I know a lot of members here will tell you to start with Ocarina- it's a fan favorite and to this day still gets voted as best Zelda in the polls. But take it from me as someone who's played both Ocarina and Link Between Worlds, get Link Between Worlds. Ocarina is great, and I definitely think you should try that one too down the line, but honestly, I really feel Link Between Worlds is not only the better game of the two, but the best Zelda game for jumping into the series.
You're not going to have those rose-tinted glasses on like everyone else. So you're probably not going to feel the same way about Ocarina as most others here. It's a great game, and you WILL love it of that I'm sure, but it does get put on a pedestal. It's pretty vanilla, very typical Zelda experiencee- nothing that really stands out about it. Great for it's time (and great today too), but imho, it really doesn't hold a flame to Link Between Worlds. At least, without the nostalgia it doesn't. And nostalgia won't be a factor for you.
I'd say get Link Between Worlds- besides, Amazon has LBW for $32 right now, so it's 20% cheaper. Also, I'd highly recommend Donkey Kong Country Returns. That's a really, really great game, and one that takes a whole lot of skill and precision mechanics. Something that you, as an Xbox gamer, will probably appreciate

As much as I love Wind Waker it still has the problem of being short on dungeons and too much filler sail and fetch missions. It's a shame they didn't use the HD remake as a chance to put in the dungeons they had to cut originally.
I would go for a Link Between Worlds (Its really easy though.)
Then Links Awakening DX (If you are going to bother with the Seashells then use a guide I didn't but I would if I was going to do it now its a waste of time).
Then Ages/Seasons (Which I treat as one game due to the fact you cannot actually finish properly without both).
OOT I would wait until you can play MM straight after.
