I've tried on my 3DS and 3DS XL to get on Steel Diver: Sub Wars and the E-shop, it buffers until I turn the wi-fi off.
It was fine yesterday.

Last night, I had a small amount of problems. Made me frusturated at times, but nothing entirely enraging. Most of my games still worked. Today, it's fair to say that 3/4 of my attempts of a match were errors.

I have been having troubles with Steel Diver too but everything else has been working fine. I have no idea what the problem is.

Sub Wars seems to have a connection issue for everyone.. I don't recall anyone getting lucky enough to have more than a 4 win streak, myself included.

In fact.. all day today I've only got 3 games in a row. Nothing more. About an hour ago I was lucky to even connect to a game. I once disconnected right before the game started and it went towards my "Disconnects" in the combat stat screen. I hope Nintendo is aware of the problem and is working to fix it. Disconnecting after a match is one thing, losing a streak because of it is discouraging.

Game Chat on X and Y wasn't working for me last night. The feature would turn on, but no sound from the person speaking was coming through the other end. I haven't checked since then so I don't know if it's back or not.
