Yeah I just got the new Animal Crossing XL and it's sitting there waiting to be played. Please I have no more data on my 2 GB card that came with the original 3DS, does anyone have screen shots on exactly how I transfer the data through the computer? I'm an ambassador so I really don't want to mess this up.

I believe you just copy and paste everything from the old card to the new card. I'm fairly sure the Nintendo 3DS can't tell the difference between the two cards if they have exactly the same data on them, so it'll run the bigger/newer SD card without a word.
I remember doing this when I upgraded from 2GB to 32GB card, and I don't recall losing any data.

Now the question is will 4 GB be enough to redownload Animal Crossing? As I have to redownload it after I transfer my data and account.

Of course. Animal crossing is 6,000 blocks, which is approximately 770 MB.

I confirm everything Hexzyle is true, and he or she is a gentleman/lady and a scholar.

I could be more specific, but I didn't want to presume your gender.

Whether it's Mac or Windows, just drag and copy to your desktop from old card, then copy into new card. I have a 32GB Samsung SDHC in mine. Not running out of space anytime soon
