No nintendo made product (aside from the rhythm Pokemon game) will EVER be on iPhone Nintendo fans want REAL games not a washed up version of a game that uses touch to move Mario, Link, Samus, Kirby, animal crossing character, or any othe nintendo character on it, I played Pokemon crystal on my friends iPhone...... That's just IGN being IGN, that's the reason I stopped going there. They've gone tabloidesque with their articles, they do it most with Nintendo, but they do it with everyone. I remember when Matt cassmassina and Mark Bozon worked as the Nintendo team there, I use to love that site too. I use to think their reviews were spot on, and they convinced me to play games I would have ignored.
True Animal Crossing could work on the iPhone, and it would rake in lots of money, but so would any Nintendo, Microsoft, or Sony exclusive. I'm getting tired of people saying Nintendo should make games for apple. I can respect the iPhone for what it is, but Nintendo is a different company trying to pursue different things. Yes, if they made iOS games they could make some easy money, but that's not what they're trying to do right now. I like my Nintendo software to be on my Nintendo hardware, their hardware has always been developed with their games in mind, so playing it on anything else would feel too foreign.
I disagree because Animal Crossing would not fit iPhone. It's a game you could spend 2 hours a day on. Not 5 minutes like IGN says.
Also, it would break the game's formula. And I like working for things than not. IGN was wasting time writing this up when they should have been doing coverage on AC3DS.
I think Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Halo, Gears of War, God of War and Fable should be on iPhone because- like, the thing is always on and just cause....
