Can it be higher? 32 is the limit for SDHD I believe its called. However there is another type I can't remember what it is that ends with an x that is also supported and you can go much higher.

Been watching the video's & looking at the screenshots they keep it updated pretty regulary with new animal crossing 3ds stuff at least for the japanese version because that's the only version out right now at least for the 3ds version.
