Is anyone else sick of rain? Since Sept started all it has done is rain in my town. I'm getting quite sick of it.

yeah, i'm also having almost non-stop heavy rain in my town at the moment. Makes it harder to find fossils and such. I'm looking forward to winter time, i much prefer snow over rain

Anyone else noticing that Streetpass (Relay) in general and Animal Crossing streetpasses in particular seem to have reached critical mass? Now when i go to a train station or big shopping mall, i get 3 to 6 hits in a short time; usually with a couple of AC:NL showcase homes. About 1 in 2 3DS owners i meet is playing Animal Crossing.

I've not gotten one Street Pass hit regarding AC:NL. Also, the Relay stations (BestBuy & McDonald's) both don't work where I live. Not sure what the problem is. The only game related Street Passes I ever get are MH3U and MK7.

Anyone know how long it takes for Club LOL to be built? I got the signatures from villagers about 3 days ago.

Nope, not here... like @bezerker99 so far since AC was released I've got some Strepasses but nothing about AC:NL which is a pity.

1. AFAIK it is always better to accept a quest, my villagers don't seem to mind much if i fail to complete them.
2. I haven't received a picture yet even though i try to do all the requests. Rewards are pretty much random in my experience. But keeping your villagers happy is an important part of the game and will also get you medals.

BTW: i’ve only just discovered that you can take home the fruit you collect on Tortimer’s Island tours. Dump it in the Item Box when you return from the tour, plant them in your own village and easily collect all types of fruit.

I do that with flowers. My town is now packed with them.

Seriously?! Lol as soon as I unlocked the island every time I went on a tour for a while & had a few extra minutes on the tours I always collected the fruit to take back home from the island until I discovered bug hunting lol.

I'm getting streetpass hits in AC:NL - 3DS but not from the relay zones lol. I've got around 7 or 8 streetpass hits in AC:NL. The relay zones are some what of joke in the U.S until nintendo fixes the issue over here though. Heck we go to McDonalds several times during the week for breakfast (quick breakfast) anyways even went in to use the restroom & stayed for several minutes in the morning like people said before wait about 5 to 10 minutes at one of relay zones it does nothing. Nintendo Zone works great but the relay zone for time being is pointless until it starts to work.

Yeah. Midge, Joey and Butch. Then helped Midge get a piece of furniture and she gave me another pic. Very... Odd.

Does anybody know of a faster way to get gold ore? It takes me like 2 weeks at least to get 3 pieces, and then Cyrus just makes me a piece of golden furniture that I already have. Is there some tour other than the Ore Finder ones with breakable rocks that you can bring the ores home or something?

Today i passed Gracie's fashion check for the first time (phew!) and i've started part-timing as a barrista at the Café so it's been a good day in my village.

Question: there are Public Works projects that detract from your Perfect Town rating like the tire toy, trashcan and apparently also illuminated objects. Does anyone have a complete list of these "negative" projects?
