I was in the middle of playing goldeneye, and all of a sudden, it said: "An error has occurred. Push the eject button, remove the disk, and turn of the power supply." In big black scary letters. So then i turned it back on, and in the middle of the game again, it happened again. What do I do?

Your lens might be going bad then. I guess you could get a lense cleaner and try that. If that doesn't work it's probably best to contact Nintendo.

I had the same problem an hour ago. I was playing Monkey Race in Super Monkey Ball and suddenly an error occured. Tried it again and I couldn't even start the game or the error popped up again. After I blew into the game it worked fine again.
