Cyrus has an affair with Tyrtle, hoof slaps her/him accidentally breaking their nose, then Reese and Nook run over Tyrtle with a car. Then Nook gets framed for the murder by Cyrus, and he gets shot by Kappn into his swimming pool, who shoots himself after. This is all narrated by Mayor Carraway, up until Reese and Cyrus flee the country and set up shop in a small town, with people reminiscent of their past living amongst them. The shock of seeing these eerily similar people puts Cyrus in a coma, and Reese, being the lunatic she is, lies about her husbands condition.
