Topic: 3DSWare Game Saves transfer when doing a System Transfer right?

So I'm going to get a 3DS XL this Sunday when it finally hits the US. I thought I would create this thread to double check 3DSWare game saves transfer from one system to another. From that one image Nintendo put out (http://media.giantbomb.com/uploads/1/18169/2292956-3ds_to_3ds_transfer.jpg) , it looks like they should. Thought I would double check and see if they do since the 3DS XL is out in Europe already and you duders can clarify this for me.

I don't have one, but I can tell you that all data is transfered. Every license from the Eshop is moved to the new one, and in order for your data to be safe on the SD card, you have to shut both systems off, and swap the 4 GB with the 2 GB in the XL. then it'll be good.

Yeah, all save dated from your 3DS download titles is secured on the SD card, along with the actual game data.

What you're transferring is the rights to use that SD card data on the new system, as you'll take the SD card from the old 3DS and put it into the new 3DS XL.

Or alternatively, copy over the contents of the old SD card to the new 4gb SD card.

Also, DSiWare transferred from one 3DS to another will retain its save data, unlike DSiWare transferred from a DSi to a 3DS.

I had that same worry too, and I asked and I was told that my save data would be transferred! No need to worry!

Well i'll just have to wait and see if this is true when I get my xl in a couple of weeks!

Thats good then. I can just transfer the rights to the new system and just move my 32GB from my old one to my new one without needing to do the game moving from one SD card to anothers.
