Nintendo might as well announce updates a week before than a month or two. I think Sony does it too. It's better that way. Least there is a solid release.. But still, the next time they say "Update in late X(month)" I'm going to think "Okay, so it comes out the first week of the following month, then." It happened with the May update, and it happened again. Just may happen a 3rd time.
Whatever, bring it. Though... 3D video is not what I care about. Swapnote is though.
What else is there supposed to be anyways? Besides the Video thing and the Mii Plaza update.
eshop DLC some minor eshop improvments
Also, the SM3DL update (Friend List improvements so the people online appear first and you can immediately start the game they're playing), the 3DS Transfer Tool becomes available to use, Hulu Plus if not with the update soon afterwards, ability to use Circle Pad Extension-thingy (maybe, not sure if that's a compatibility issue or not).
What is goinf to be included in the update? I want too know what is confirmed to be in there and whats rumored. PLZ!
Wii U online games:
Injustice Gods Among Us, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge, Assassin's Creed III, Tekken Tag Team Tournament 2 Wii U Edition and Trine 2: Directors Cut

I just did read the post in the eshop and this is what it says:
"Dear customer, On account of the upcoming system update which will arrive BY 8 December, Nintendo eShop will be unavailable for a limited period while the main server undergoes essential maintenance"
That means it can be any day BEFORE 8 December!

Everything I've read says "by December 8th" which does imply that it could be beforehand, but you'd imagine that it'll most likely be on December 8th.
I forgot they were doing something to the eShop.... Kinda curious about that. Nothing else in this update is really that interesting. I guess having more StreetPass games is pretty cool, as receiving StreetPass while walking around hasn't been so exciting since I finished everything. I couldn't really care less about the whole video recording thing though.
To be fair, this is actually the first solid date Nintendo has given us.
Also, if there's a delay, that probably means something is wrong with the update. I'd rather them release the update late and have it working properly than release it prematurely with glitches

No! My play coins are depleted! I've been spending them all of Sonic Generations missions! It's nice that it's pushed back. More time to stock up play coins.

That isnt the point. Nintendo should work to pursue their own deadlines, and not have to be continually telling their hopeful customers that they have to wait yet another week for something. If they needed the extra time they could have just said it would be out in December. Problem is they always state the earliest possible time to make people happy, and end up dissapointing.

Last minute glitches can also happen. Do you really want a glitchy update?

I dont want a glitchy update, thats why I would choose right now for the delay, but they should plan for last minute glitches, and like I said if it was just this once it would be fine, but Nintendo do it a lot. I'm not saying Nintendo are being too slow - I'm jut saying they should stop setting unrealistic expectations for themselves, especially as it just lets down fans.

If they always do it then you'd think people would just expect it by now then, so no need to be disappointed. Especially when it's not even that exciting anyway. That isnt the point.
