Alright, for those of you that look at the News section of Nintendo Life, you have seen that the 3DS will be getting a port of the popular PC game Myst. It also had a port on the DS by the way...but nevermind that... Anyway, I was looking up stuff about Myst and I got the original PC version which is the same as the DS version. This version is a point-and-click adventure. This means that almost every image you see is a non-moving image and that you just see the world of Myst as a slideshow type thing.
During my "research" of Myst, I saw that there was a mod done by the same company. They called this version realMyst. In this version of Myst, the gameplay is a first-person free roam that is the same as the original Myst, but it is in real time movement as opposed to a slide show.
I think that the 3DS port of Myst should be like realMyst. Personally, I don't think it would happen, but if the gameplay was more like Amnesia: The Dark Descent (look it up) which realMyst is like, it would seem more worthy of a $40 price tag.

I think if the graphics are good and you can look around using the gyroscope, it'd be perfect, I still want a 3DS port of Riven and Myst III: Exile though, and maybe even Myst IV (Riven and Myst IV were the best if you ask me)
