Everyone i tried to ask this to on yahoo are either trolls or didint answer. Is my touch screen got anything wrong with it?

My touch screen seems to have this weird texture inside it that is like multiple colours, I don't know if it is normal. I'm using an ipad and I can't show a picture but I can show a video...
