Relax bro, people like playing games they know they're going to like. Why do you think remakes, sequels, spin-offs, etc. are so popular? Nobody will force you to buy a remake you don't want, so you don't have to worry about that.

I know I'm going to be probably beat to death for saying this, but I wish I could see Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (yeah, I know that's already a remake in itself). Been in the mood for more Sonic lately, and I used to love that game. (new games are preferred though...)

Nothing. I, like some others here, happen to be a bit sick of remakes, especially since publishers have finally realized that people will indeed pay full price for a game they already own so long as it's either portable or looks slightly better. At this point, I'd rather take a rehash that at least has something new over literally the same game I already own, or can get cheaper on ebay.

Definetly Donkey Kong 64. It was really hard to jump into some vines, and the 3D might make it easier.
