Topic: 3DS Puzzle Swap pieces

I just need 1 pink piece, I haven't gone by a Nintendo Zone yet

Well National Street Pass Weekend has come and gone. We carried our two 3DS systems everywhere we went, including two large neighborhoods for trick-or-treating and we received absolutely no hits! Unless we hit up a Nintendo Zone we don't get street passes. I have come to the conclusion that most parents don't even know what street pass is so they don't have it set up correctly on their kid's 3DS. For example, we take them to my oldest son's swim meets and everywhere you look there are kids playing on their 3DS....but no one has them set up correctly.

We still love collecting street passes so we'll continue to check out Ruby Tuesday, Mcdonalds, BK, and Best Buy when we can.

I hope we get some more StreetPass plaza games. I have all the Mii Hats and all the Puzzle Pieces. So I basically have all the StreetPass Plaza games completed (don't care about the accomplishments)

PIKMIN Short Movies 3D: Occupational Hazards, PIKMIN Short Movies 3D: The Night Juicer and (Probably) PIKMIN Short Movies 3D: Treasure in a Bottle are now available in North America, Japan and Europe too I believe. Got Occupational Hazards on my NA 3DS and Night Juicer on my JPN 3DS. Also they have no pink pieces so it shouldn't be too hard to collect them .

Anyone get Sonic Boom? I'm not sure if the puzzle has released yet or if it won't come until close to or at the games launch.

When I saw the title, it hit me that there were three Pikmin panels instead of one. At least there were no pink pieces for them, a first since the 3DS launched!

Well they said "keep an eye out" for the puzzle, so I would assume that means it's not coming immediately. It might be a few days, maybe a week or two before we get it.

@brewsky ok, thanks! Ya I like the non pink ones since I can't get many street passes in my area... Oh and the Japan only Big Mac and ANA pieces only had blue pieces too.

@Bolt_Strike Oh ya, I forgot they had said to keep an eye out for it and not "available now" or something like that.

I don't count those panels for obvious reasons, but good point nonetheless.

I just got a puzzle panel today for Treasure in a Bottle so I now have all of the Pikmin panels(Just not complete though) . Although I only got it for my NA 3DS for some reason...

I just got the new Sonic Boom puzzle panel!

@Punky55 Huh, I didn't get it for some reason Anyways I will add it to the list.

If you didn't already have all the panels, then you got a new panel at random, and not necessarily the Sonic one, which it sounds like you got a Pikmin one instead. You can still get the Sonic one via streetpass.

Oh, I see. Kind of wish I got the other Pikmin puzzle earlier (not sure if it was re-released or not since I haven't been able to check everyday...)

@yokokazuo If you didn't have all of the pikmin panels opened up, then you probably got a piece for one of those instead. I've noticed that if you don't have all of panels opened, the spotpass piece you will get will be for the last one that you need instead of the newest puzzle.

Unless they've changed things recently, I've reformatted enough systems to tell you that the panel you get from the update is random if you don't have them all.

What region are you in? I'm in NA and I didn't get it.

@Bolt_Strike did you get any other puzzle instead? As was mentioned earlier, it seems like the puzzle you get is random if you don't have them all.

I haven't gotten any new puzzle since the Fantasy Life puzzle.
