Topic: 3ds Problem?

Okay I dont know if I have the right place or if anyone can help but I would greatly appreciate it if you can.
Right so I have a problem with my 3ds I'll give a reconstruction so the other day I was on my 3ds looking through the eshop bought a game (Cave story) its great I reccomend but what happened is I turn it off after a while go to bed and the next morning I turn it back on try to access the eshop but it wont work it says my internet isnt working so I go onto settings have a look do a connection test it says it failed due to the security password being wrong so deleted the connection settings found my wifi put the password in and it immediately said again the password is inccorect and I know for a fact that it isnt I have no idea what is going on and any help would be great as I need my wifi as I plan to get the new Pokemon game and I cant trade without wifi so please any ideas would be awesome.

Sounds like the problem is with your modem and not your 3DS.

Well the thing is everything else I own that can connect to the internet will connect to the internet Laptop, phone etc

Make sure you're reentering the password correctly. it should say the password on the router itself near the bar code.

Also try turning the router on, and then off.. sometimes after a power outage ours disconnects everything until the modem is reseted.

I can say 100 percent the password is correct I disconnected my laptop and put in the same password so I dont know but I will try turning it off and on again.

Best option: Try to turn off your modem and then turn on (Helps with me)

Use WPS setup.

Okay its sorted thank you just needed to turn the modem off and on again cant believe it was that simple I feel so dumb thank you again.
