Topic: 3DS Photos

Thanks everyone. I had fun making those. It was just a first expirement trying out that big AR card, and it was the first time I even played the Mii game on there. I had just discovered that you can enlarge the size of your Mii as well as using larger AR cards. My hubby didn't even know what I was doing at the time. He was watching TV. Next time I'll play around with more light in the room.

@Hardy83 - The cameras aren't really that bad. I had no lights on other than a floor lamp, and what little light comes from the TV. They work a lot better in proper light. Good enough for a bit of fun, and posting online, even if they're not good enough for blowing up and putting in frames. And today I discovered there's a way to adjust the light levels in the camera feature.

Here's a photo I took yesterday to try out the 3D. Too bad we can't show 3D on the 'puter.

I'm unsure if you guys have heard of the site called 3D Porch which attempts to put your 3DS (and other 3D devices') photos in 3D of course.

I checked this out through a tweet from the guys of Anamanaguchi and it recently blew up with the advent of the Nintendo 3DS.

Actually (my opinion) is that it IS pretty bad. Not unusable by any standard, but you have to admit that it could've looked A LOT better.
I do own a DSi and know how bad they look. They are OK on the screen itself, but even then you can see how crummy of a camera it is.
I just think 1.2MP should've been the minimum. 2MP would've been great. Especially if video recording is going to be a feature eventually.

It wouldn't have mattered how many MP it is if it doesn't have a flash. I think the photos look just fine as long as you take them in daylight.

I've had another eventful day. It actually started out pretty quiet. I was minding my own business catching up on some reading.

And then the Queen popped in for a cup of tea. I can never turn her down.

In the afternoon I had a photo shoot out in the garden.

That was interrupted when I sat on a bee! Grrrr!!

Later the guys from Big Bang came over for a visit. I thought it was a good time to get a photo with them all together.

And finally Jackie Chan stopped by and we got into a brawl. (You know how it is with Jackie. He can never resit a good fight.)

Victory was mine!

Jackie cried like a baby. Ha ha!

HAHA! That Big Bang Theory thing is the best thing I've seen all week!

Oh Victoria, I added your Mii, btw. After seeing all those pics you took I feel like I have a famous star in my 3ds!

Okay, I played around a bit more with the AR Miis. I made a sort of "battle" between Victoria and Corbs & I. _lol
Here's how it went down:
Wild Victoria appeared!

Tj92 used "Kick"!

Corbs used "Punch"! Critical hit!

Victoria used "Mega Kick"!

Tj92 fainted!

Corbs used "Kick"!

Wild Victoria fainted! Corbs gained 485 EXP!

OMG! Too funny! I'm honoured to be included!
