i would like dungeon keeper to make a revival on 3DS. pickup up demons and critters to launch them around your dungeon...sweet !
and on the 3DS, it wouldnt pose much playability problems.
even the first person view could be more than enjoyable on the 3DS

but with the rights coming from this game, molyneux left bullfrog, i doubt it will ever happen

What about Devil Survivor Overclocked? And Tales of the Abyss 3D? Admittedly these are ports/remakes, but they are still great games.
Then there's Fantasy Life, which seems to be shaping up to be pretty good. And there are Etrian Odyssey, Shin Megami Tensei (not Devil Survivor), Persona, and Final Fantasy games announced. We don't really know anything much about these yet, but at least the first three (the Atlus ones) are sure to be good.

Also, on topic, I predict:
Pikmin 3DS (probably not Pikmin 3, but rather a Pikmin game made specifically for 3DS).

Please sign my petition to get a European (and Australian) release for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked for the 3DS.
Don't let Europe be deprived of another amazing game.

From what I remember, Pikmin 3 was announced for Wii U, completely skipping the 3DS even though we have Puzzles and AR cards about the little buggers. But then again, it really wasnt my favorite RTS-styled game.

Im just hoping someone can come up with a good original RTS game. But, since I am a creative little fox, the only thing it TRULY needs in my opinion (As a bonus feature) is a Campaign Editor like in Starcraft. That way I have virtually limitless maps to play on!
And games on the DS had Map Editors (Advance Wars, anyone?) so its not a totally unrealistic request for a game of the genre.

If the 3DS can run Command & Conquer 3 on the go, I might actually buy one.

Uh, hello? Paper Mario 3DS? Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance? Devil Survivor Overclock? Tales of the freakin' Abyss? Any of those ringing a bell?

Starcraft is my favorite game of all time. Ever.
It would be a dream come true to have that on 3DS.
>:C I hate starcraft 2 though... Lol...

...why? They're very similar games, just with tweaks. Starcraft 2 is almost an expansion with prettier graphics. What's not to like?

Blizzard South butchered the game. None of the voice actors have the same panache that the original ones did, the story is a complete Eff you to the original team, and the new units are not very good in comparison to the old ones. The game was shipped out SICKENINGLY unbalanced, and every patch that they add only makes the Zerg cheaper, and Nerfs the Protoss. Not only that, but the new team has admitted they dont even know how the game is going to end, but they are going to milk it for every cent they can get, because they are releasing the "Next chapters" of the game for $59.99 a piece. Its worse then what they did to WarCraft. /endrant

As you can see, I am not a fan of what they did to my most favorite game ever. XD

RTS games are dead? Crap, someone should have told Total War and RUSE

Strategy is a more niche genre now. You need to dig below the surface to find the good stuff, but what there is available is a billion times better than th likes of Age of Empires.

AoE, Starcraft, and Command and Conquer are like the Britney Spears of strategy games... Its difficult to even call what they do 'strategy.'

On topic - the 3DS could handle a proper strategy game, but the audience for it would be too small to be financially viable. Most strategy games have gone download for a reason.

<_< Hate to say it, but Starcraft 1 isn't any more strategy than Starcraft 2.

Really great game, don't get me wrong, but calling these games strategic is like calling Call of Duty a war simulator. Reality is that Starcraft 1 is an action/ multitasking game.

Lost Magic was a good game with a good concept but it fell short by some flaws. Hopefully, Grasshopper or whoever created the game starts working on the sequel for 3DS.

I've seen the Koreans at it. I fail to see where the strategy is involved. Skill, yes - obscene amounts. Strategy, no. Might as well call Call of Duty a strategy game, if that's the definition of strategy now.

BulbasaurusRex

I don't like Real Time Strategy. It's too complicated for me. I'd like some Turn Based Strategy on the 3DS, though.

Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.
...
Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.
Ash: I don't think I'm going to call him anymore.

You have plenty of options for portable TBS, where we have... No Retail RTS games besides a budget one that was really bad. Dont get me wrong, TBS isnt bad, I just prefer RTS.

I dont really care if its Lost Magic or not. Truthfully, I had my fair share of fun with Lost Magic (still own) but it was one of the simplest RTS-style games ive EVER played. I'd like a little more strategy like Heroes of Mana for DS. It had everything an RTS fan could want BESIDES free-building. That was the ONLY thing it missed... God, I destroooooyed that game
