Topic: 3DS miiverse corrupted

A month or two ago MiiVerse on my 3DS became corrupted. It loads(Unusually fast), but then it is missing the buttons at the bottom for back, user profile, activity feed, communities and notifications. All communities are missing their Discussions and Play Journal entries as well. Going to the "News" or whatever it is called shows posts, and when trying to comment, the text box is missing. Typing something in the missing text box results in a crash. It is missing music or sound effects, and when trying to launch it with suspended software, it gives a "Miiverse system error"(Error code: 121-1500, text says "The miiverse system is currently experiencing an error. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.") I just found this out, but when accessing MiiVerse through Nintendo Badge Arcade, it works just fine and I can check everything, post, comment, everything. I tried contacting nintendo support, twice. The first time(I contacted the US one) they said to use the 3DS download software repair tool. One problem, I cannot use it to repair a system multitasking app. Later i contacted the UK nintendo support, and they never got back. Any help would be appreciated, as i really like miiverse and not being able to use it without using the web version or launching badge arcade is really annoying.
