I hope friend requests for 3DS games as well as video chat for certain games and helpfully spoilers for 3DS games and maybe better nintendo network online for SSFIV, DOA, and RE Merc since they were made before Nintendo network.

Well, Ninty already stated that there was some sort of connection for miiverse to 3ds, but I wouldn't expect anything on the same level as on the WiiU. :3

I know it has nothing to do with MiiVerse, but I think they should give us a proper video chat app for the 3DS. Either that or update Swapnote to have instant messaging. ...Well more instant.
I own a PS1, GBA, GBA SP, Wii (GCN), 360, 3DS, PC (Laptop), Wii U, and PS4.
I used to own a GBC, PS2, and DS Lite
I would love to the see real WiiU Miiverse on my 3ds and I was really looking forward to it. Now I'm thinking that it could just be a app like the one for smartphones (seen in the e3 video)
It would be dissapointing but if its not a little app, it has to be like on the WiiU. supporting all the new games, videochat and all the other feautures.
I was hoping to get a real tight connection between me playing on my 3ds and friends on the WiiU.
No matter what you play, if its nintendo then your connected to all your friends, that would be great.
While nintendo likes to be unique, an online pictochat would be good enough for me in terms of live chatting.
Miiverse is going to stick so well to Animal Crossing...
Not extremely into nintendo at the moment, but not really into anything else either. :|

I'd be happy if they just introduced a package that includes a simple comment system, groups around games (e.g. one of those BBS that's popular in Japan) and a comment page in Mii profiles. Cool if they can do an online PictoChat kind of feature, but not counting on it.
I'd also like to see some way to connect with people you've tagged with Streetpass (some way to start a conversation and not just wonder who it was that you've passed a few times), e.g. visit the Mii's profile on Miiverse and leave a message on their profile page (a Nintendo ID can have multiple Miis and Mii profiles like in Mii Maker, with the choice to set the active one). Of course, there should be settings to turn it off in Parental Controls for the worried parents if they don't want that feature.
Maybe some way to send a 3DS demo to friends kinda like how DR. Mario online RX had, but for games that currently don't have demos, like for Sakurai samurai, pushmo/crashmo, liberation maiden, freaky forms, cave story. Of course you have to own it to recommend it to a friend or heck, maybe even use Streetapass to send a demo out for those without wifi

@HarmoKnight Or better yet, we could all just get demos for games on the eShop. That'd probably easier to implement. Granted, publishers would have to go through with Nintendo to put it on the eShop, which may prove to be quite time consuming, so maybe it'd be more effective in some cases to do what Dr. Mario Rx did. Plus, people wouldn't have to bother with online, but I feel it'd be better to try to encourage people to get their systems online.
The streetpass idea is pretty cool, but you probably understand it's out of the realm of possiblity.
One thing that I thought of that could be interesting is if the system automatically downloaded demos for you when they came out. Imagine opening up your 3DS in the morning to see a few demos there waiting for you. It'd be like the video thing the 3DS has going for it. If players didn't want it on, then they could turn the feature off. Actually, that'd be pretty cool for WiiU too, or heck, any console. It would streamline the experience for trying stuff out, and more people would probably go out and buy those games if it was easy to try them out. Demos aren't super easy to find on the eShop, and most people don't check it weekly like you and me.
