They don't publish most of these games. This would be up to the publishers themselves.
Also, I don't like the vocaloids. Computer-generated singing is ridiculous (not a big fan of auto-tune either) and the voices are terrible in my honest opinion.
People love vocals, but many musicians aren't willing to put up with people that can't even play an instrument, but think they are so rock 'n roll with 0 knowledge about how it works, but still think they have tell the people that make it happen how they are supposed to do their jobs. No bad word about vocaloid from me, it may one day (hopefully) take the ("vocalists") out of music and enable us to be musicians again. Yes it sounds really artificial, but give it time, and enjoy it for what it is - a synthesizer - not a punk wanna be "vocalist".

Your definition of art seems to be slightly of, but never mind, many people have this issue. The simpsons are highly deformed too, and i doubt they look great in 3D either, they don't even have proper jaws. Still i wonder what's so wrong with basically everything aside culdcept.
