im having issues when i try to connect.

i click the browser or the eshop, and even if there is an unsecured or a free wi-fi connection, it doesnt work.

i either have to the settings, internet setting and put a connection in one of the ONLY 3 available slots. only 3 !!! whats up with that ?
i roam artound town, using dozens of wifi connections. mcdonalds, my work, at home, the coffee shop near my work, in the subway station, at the bus station, at the mall,etc... the list goes on.
does it mean i need to set a new connection at EVERY of those places ? this is ridiculous!

ihpone scan the wifi available, then just connect.
with the 3ds, its nothing fast. i need to go all the way thru the settings, scanning, setup, then leave the menu, then start the browser. time consuming for something that is supposed to go fast.

i still cant connect to any wifi execpt mine or the ones i know username and passwords. any free service from restaurants, café or whatever refuse to connect.
its a shame. i spent almost 2hours outside, try every possibilities, without success. in montreal, we got free wifi for all summer, as long as youre outside and near the right spots. no pass required, unsecured connection for all.
yet the 3ds dont connect %@#$@. every handheld apparels work, not the 3DS. whats wrong with that.
iphone, blackberry, ipad, samsung thing, random cellphones. i tried or asked people to try it. the 3ds... NOT WORKING

theis is crap. i use to walk around town and lunch at a coffee shop near my office. i cant even connect to the net or play online games there, where everyone around has that iphone running well. frustrating.
whats the point of the internet browser if the only place it works is at home, where i can surf on my PC.

anyone else has connectivity issues ? or maybe found a way that it actually works most of the time ?

never got any problem in every mcdonald i can play

i think you must look out for the nintendo partner in your country, here in germany its t-com/t-mobile so i can automatically connect to their hotspots

is it possible that nintendo of europe did it better than nintendo usa? here i allready have to connections slots used, 1. is my home wlan and slot 2 is the hotspot of t-mobile(i never searched for that so it must have been installed during first firmware update by itself^^
