if you don't want to participate, don't participate. being dramatic for the sake of being dramatic is disruptive to those who do want to participate in this discussion — TBD

@Chris720
You might want to look at his sig...
And you do realize he has a review site and has given positive review scores to many Nintendo games because he, um, liked them?

Knock it off with the supreme condescension, Waltz, and everyone else knock it off with the insults and drama. We can have this conversation and be excellent to one another if we just try, guys, I know we can :3

then stop trying. if someone here bothers you, ignore them please, and let's stick to the topic at hand — TBD

The only thing that needs improvement is the 3DS' online capabilities, Nintendo still have some work to do, but it's a lot better than it was. But other than that, the console is a masterpiece.

Actually, the online capabilities really don't matter, we don't HAVE to have them, but, I guess if you're going to use them, you should try to be the best.

Is there any room for improvement for the Nintendo 3DS, and if so what does it need?

Really for me all I would like to see is a second circle pad (I know I know dead horse thing) but other than that I can't think of anything. In fact I am loving the 3DS more so than the DS.

Does it matter?
I don't think it does.
@jibberldd5 I already responded on that. It's kind of past the conversation at this point, but Nintendo really needs to get its crap together.

I was talking about what Chris ment. Not really my own response.

I'd like to see full retail DS games on the eShop. Sony's been doing it with the PSP since 2007, so there's kind of no excuse for it. Also, I'd like for there to be more discounts to encourage people towards buying stuff, thus encouraging them to come back, and repeat. It'd make more people go on the eShop regularly, which means more people buying games. Not necessarily anything as drastic as Steam, but there should definitely be sales going on.

@KaiserGX Oh, okay.

Yeah, this. I've got way too many DS boxes lying around. I'd love to get rid of them and replace with downloads.

DS eShop games would be nice.
I guess I wouldn't mind being able to bring/transfer Wii VC games to the 3Ds too.

I would like to get my hands on that Nobunaga's Ambition for DS and the 100 Classics book to download. N64 controls schemes from Wii won't work on 3DS though. I rather have my console games separate... though now 3DS has NES VC....

This is the main reason that starting with NSMB2, I'm going as digital as possible on Nintendo systems going forward.

That idea could certainly make it easier for me to obtain the DS Zelda games that I have yet to play.

@AlphaIchimoru I didn't find the DS Zelda games all that good to be honest... :/ I'm guessing you don't live in the UK because I can find the DS Zelda games for around £10-£20.

I would like to see some DS games being released on the eShop as it would make the rarer games easier to get. However, I doubt Nintendo will since the 3DS is backwards compatible with the DS cartridges in the first place, maybe the next handheld of theirs will allow you to download them? Besides, they haven't even fully released GBA games yet and those are smaller than DS games...

I've held back on getting the DS games because of the touch control, but I've decided that I'm depriving myself of what MAY be a wonderful experience.
I also agree, if they were going to release DS games they would probably release GBA games first, and they don't seem to like the idea for some reason.

Yeah, I'd love for DS games to be on eShop. Not only are there a ton of DS games I missed (Avalon Code, Stafy, M&L: Partners in Time, Metroid Prime Hunters, ect), but I'm still kicking myself for trading in my entire DS collection for a bunch of 3DS launch games.

I Think if you have multiple 3ds's and you download a game they should allow you to put the game on at least 1 other extra system. Or at least be able to download the software again should your system get broken or stolen. This last thing is just upsetting. To think if your system is stolen or broken the software you paid for is just gone. This would be a reason to just not buy a 3ds again should it happen

Still playing 3DS but will have Switch soon for multiplayer with friends. I miss you guys! Adam, Joni, Gavin and the rest of the Blue Rogues from the Phantasy Star Zero Days.

I also Think that DS games in the Eshop would be a brilliant idea! There is only 1 game in the Eshop thats better than most DS games and thats The new Mario game. They would not only make a bundle doing this but satisfy every 3DS owner on the planet. And im not talking Planet Crashers....**shudders at the thought of being taken on planet crashers**.
