Senran Kagura Burst and Code of Princess are two exciting titles that I have enjoyed that don't seem like major movers. The strong point of both is the speed and overpowering sense of their combat. While Code of Princess offers more variety in locations and enemies, I would give the gameplay edge to Burst so far and it also has that X factor with its character designs. I'm not sure which I prefer overall.
Fifa for the 3DS is sort of a hidden gem, graphics suck compared to other versions, the game is buggy and lacks depth. However the shooting with the lower screen mechanic is the greatest shooting mechanic ever used in a football game, touchscreen shooting does not really work on a single screen and Vita's touchpad shooting is awkward. That mechanic alone makes the game a gem
If I had to nominate any Nintendo game under the "Hidden Gems" category, I'd have to say Tokyo Crash Mobs. It's like Zuma, only instead of throwing stones, you are throwing people in colored suits. The story makes no sense, but it's still fun. The rush you get from combos and narrowly beating levels is sweet too.
