When people speak nonsense, I don't know what they're talking about.
Also- go over to IGN for the most Ironic articles you've ever seen. It looks like IGN is always trying to bring down Nintendo and their articles contradicts another and most of the time are repeated. They have no criticisms towards Sony or Microsoft (which really, they need to point some things out to be fairly fair).

One article says: 3DS Lite is too soon. A recent one says: Bringing the 3DS lite soon would be a good idea with a new name. And I think it's the same person who wrote the article. It's funny. Then the comments section is messy

I know right? I've noticed that a well. What's up with that? Someone from IGN made a blog in which he tried to defend IGN by saying they don't make the news, they just report the news, but that doesn't make any sense, as there is no news to report! They're just blowing everything out of proportion and making Nintendo look like it's going down in flames.

If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

Mandoble, we forgive you then, we thought you were only trying to start an argument. I personally was just confused because you made such a big deal about graphics, so I assumed you were the type who only cared about graphics. Usually people don't separate them or place graphics higher than gameplay.

I dont know from where you conclude that I dont care about graphics, quite the opposite. Graphics, sounds and music are what generate the ambience of a game, and depending on them you will get a decent level of game immersion or not. Obviously there are games that require less immersion that others, but just as an example, imagine Monster Hunter Tri with the graphics detail level of Animal crossing. Graphics alone will never transform a bad game into a good one, that's clear, but a good game concept with poor graphics might pretty well become a bad one.

Funny all the downer comments trying to lower the 3DS against the Wii saying it's GC like. The Wii does not much better than GC, and developers who know the system and have a little talked about it publicly have said that the 3DS can do more polygons on screen than the Wii can support, and in the build + APIs of the video chip used it can do all Wii does plus some of the pixel, lighting, shaders, bloom and other effects commonly found in the 360/PS3 style stuff. All things considered it's fairly ratty to rip on the 3DS as sub-Wii in the graphics department especially given the knowns about it, and also given we're looking at 1st gen stuff that was fairly rushed out and potentially borrow aspects from other versions of games. Ridge Racer of all things was heavily borrowing from the PSP title for instance while Pilotwings was just Wii Sports Resort's island brought up too.

Wait a couple years, then make this thread.

I'm just going to through my opinion out there now.
Compared to the wii, the 3DS on all fronts is more powerful (come on it should be with that thing's ancient hardware).
In terms of polygon count, its is only just a bit above the Wii's which is kinda disappointing.
In everything else, as long as it's done right, approaches the Xbox 360 in graphical ability.
Nintendo and some 3rd parties have said similar things in interviews.

Wonderfully well spoken. I've been saying the very thing you wrote on other Nintendo fan forums and gaming sites and some people have been agreeing with me. Only you said it better!

On a side note, the word is that Kingdom Hearts 3D is on a home console quality level.

Tokyo thanks and I had heard of that Kingdom Hearts 3D stuff before some time ago, and it's nice to have it quoted. Though I'm sure naysayers will dig at it saying he didn't specify what console so therefore it's probably still gamecube level. Seriously though a little investigation on google among other sources can go a long way to put this joke worthy set of false claims to bed.
