The last time they put the system logo on the right side of the box was the N64.

Well for once the next handheld successor will have cartridges that aren't smaller than before.

Haha, any smaller and it would be like sticking a memory stick inside a slot

I love the right side Logo change and the fact that the cases are thinner. All we need is a freakin release date and more footage. I'm dieing to see how the new Resident Evil, Kid Icarus, Paper Mario and so much more look in motion! I'm 3DS obsessed right now

Nice. The tab will make sure that some idiot won't put a 3DS game in his/her DS/Lite/DSi, yet allowing the cartridge port to allow DS cartridges as well as 3DS cartridges.
I'm pretty okay.

LOL about making the cartridge smaller. I'd rather not have a microchip-size game.
I, like everyone else, am waiting with bated breath for the announcement of the release date.

Still no optics for Nintendo handhelds huh? Is this still the whole piracy thing why Nintendo uses game cards? That doesn't seem to work well as DS is currently the number 1 most pirated video game system in the world.

Maybe that's just the Japanese version. Like a manga.

Woah, I actually thought that the 3DS would have discs. Because I thought that game cards couldn't handle those types of graphics, and with some people saying that the graphics are better than the Wii's, I thought for sure it would have discs.
Why do people point to their wrists when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

SD Carts can go up to like, 2TB. I don't imagine 3DS cards being much different from the flash memory used on SD carts.

SDHC is 32 GB max, SDXC is 2TB max, but I've only seen 64 GB so far and they're insanely expensive!

I couldn't care less about when it's coming out, I'm more worried about the price.$150-$200 = Good, $200-250 = Acceptable, $250-$300 = Bad.
