A few things of the 3ds are still messed up. some can get fixed with patches.. others not so much, heres some i can point out -Low battery life. with 3D on it lasts a mere 2 - 3 hours. -The Screen Gets Scratched In Your Pocket. when walking with a sleep-mode 3ds, most of you noticed that the lower screen scratches the top screen, this could be fixed by slightly editing the model design around the screens. -More 3D Options. Some people are bothered by the 3D effect, what if we could change it in-game like we can with the 3D Camera?
Suggestions to make it better -Youtube!. Almost every good handheld game and mobiles have youtube access, this would be a great addition for the 3DS's Internet capabilities -Better Movie Editor. A good downloadable app maybe?

If Nintendo can make the inevitable 3DS redesign: -slimmer -not defective by scratching itself -have a longer battery -have a second circle pad -and have a less fingerprint prone shell the 3DS would be the most beautiful and flawless system of all time IMO.

I doubt it. Nintendo is not known for making their hardware easily breakable. This is one area I know I can trust Nintendo in.

A better launch and not forgetting to add a 2nd analog only to add it at the last minute in the form of an add on but a bit late for that now, doubt I'd buy a 2nd 3DS but I imagine the 2nd analog will be added to the next model.

Um, the 3D slider can do this?
Also, the problem with adding stuff on a redesign including the second analog is that the console would have to be bigger unless miraculously the tech shrinks by a serious amount.

....Something I noticed when compared to the DSi... The DSi loaded music files quickly...the 3DS seems to take forever sometimes...even when I convert them all to AAC. :/
