Topic: 3DS Design Flaw

Now I know its not just me, my friend is getting this also. The outer rim of the bottom screen is creating rub marks on the top screen. Now im not sure if its the case I'm putting the 3DS that causes it, or the bumpers just arn't big enough. Im also seeing the outline of my circle pad on my left speaker area as well.
