My very old 3DS won't play anything. The 3DS just freezes. Even worse, I got a New 3DS XL and didn't have my stuff because I couldn't reach the Settings on my old 3DS to transfer my stuff. Please help! I'm really annoyed. I would like an answer ASAP, if possible!

Call Nintendo Tech Support and see what they can do?
