I've found that since I got my 3DS, I've been walking a lot more. Yes, you can cheat the pedometer, but I would much rather earn my playcoins and other goodies from Nintendogs + Cats the honest way. I've been walking approximately a mile a day with my system and I never did that before. Anyone else finding that since you got your 3DS, you've been walking a lot more?
Yes I have been walking more because of the 3DS. That is one of the reasons I got it.
Of course, I fear that I will stop it once I buy all I can with the coins and earn the 300 that I can store. Hopefully Nintendo gives more stuff to buy with the coins.

they really need a Wii fit game on the 3ds, and it wouldnt surprise me if nintendo managers are already programming it. the pedometer and statistics works real good.

The Playcoins value needs some tweaking. I already earned the max of 10 coins by 8:00 am just by walking from my apartment to my bus stop, and then from the drop off point to school. And that's hardly any distance. The least Nintendo can do is make things worth more Play coins, have the max Play coins earned a day be 500 or something, since 100 steps gives you a coin.

i too make all my 10 coins by simply walking to work. maybe thats what they intended. its not so bad if you think about it. it takes longer to get the gimmicks out of your games, its not a bad thing. the wait is rather fun for me

I agree, Tj92. We should be able to attain at least get 25 or so a day. At least Nintendogs has the option of walking your dog for presents that keeps it worthy of doing.

As crazy as this sounds, this is the first time i've taken my portable to almost everywhere. I even took it to work one day. I'm really looking forward to my (first) streetpass, and I enjoy building a steady supply of coins.
