Topic: 2ds price drop?

Should the 2ds be cheaper? I ask this because I feel that $130 is not worth it. Mono speaker sound, (this won't matter as much with some headphones, but still) no fold design, and no 3d. I am fine with about all the "problems" that this hardware apparently presents, but I can't help but feel that this would be more worth around a solid 100 dollars. Think about it, a $30 price drop could work decently well for Nintendo. No, I don't think that this would turn everything around for the company, but it would sell more of these, and make them seem more sensible. I already know that the 2ds is bound to get some sort of price drop in the some-what near future, all I'm saying is that that price drop should come sooner. Heck, I think this would have been better if it launched at 100 dollars. What do you guys think?

More vang for your buck is always nice but Nintendo doesn't really need to increase sales of 3DS Hardware in general, they are better off working on selling Wii Us.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Except the systems are selling fairly well. There is no logical reason to drop the price of something that already sells

Mono speaker sound: Not that big of a deal if you're a kid. Some people probably would ignore it as well. If you're an audiophile like me, it would be far from sufficient, but such is the way of budget models.

No clamshell: There's a substantial amount of people who actually prefer this, so it really isn't that big of a deal.

No 3D: Again, not that big of a deal.

There's also some added benefit, such as more comfortable shoulder buttons and a palm rest, things that aren't on the 3DS. I think the price is proper, but it will go down in price eventually.

Considering I've seen the 3DS on sale for as low as $100 before, I think it should be plausible to sell the 2DS for $100 regularly, but Nintendo is probably desperate to make a profit on anything they possibly can at the moment.

Guys, run to your nearest Target if you're looking for a 2DS. I just bought the Crimson 2DS with Pokémon X bundle for $107. It's on sale, I think they're just trying to clear those bundles out. Funny thing is, the non-bundled 2DS is regular price.
