@PhoenixSage That'd be a great way to trick us, and a terrible way to try to receive prizes, as we will realize something is wrong when you turn in a Canadian mailing address. We'll have to go back, draw another winner, and probably delay everyone's prize shipment in the process - it'll be a huge headache, so if you like NL and want us to like you, don't do it!

They can be new users and not duplicates. Other than that, there's no post count or account age length restrictions that I can see. Its fair to say that there will be a lot of new 3DS users or people interested in the 3DS. Whoever wins, it'll be a great prize. But I hope its me.

@3DS: what i was talking about was existing users signing up duplicate accounts so that they could enter the contest multiple times — that is not acceptable. What Demon is talking about, however, is brand new users signing up for an account at NL for the sole purpose of entering this contest. That's fine, it happens all the time, and some even wind up sticking around to hang out with the rest of us. :3

The name will be drawn completely at random, so it really doesn't matter when you entered.

Being late isn't always the case. I have seen people win with early raffle tickets...it's completely random and the luck of the draw.

@Luffymcduck: There's a 'UK' in the title of the page itself, and the reason it's for people in the UK only is because the prizes were offered up by Ubisoft's UK division. As Ant said in reply #2, don't look at us — look to your local publishers for answers why no 3DSes have been offered up as prizes for your area of Europe. :3

The Gadget Show gives away everything, though. It's like each week they close down a branch of Curry's Digital and post out its contents!

Besides, you can't always win on The Gadget Show, you're probably going up against half (if not more) of the country, so the cahnces of YOU winning is slim to none.

I used to enter the Gadget Show a lot but I don't do that anymore. At least I had a chance. I like how they are varied in tech and the challenges they do.

I registered for the sole purpose to enter this contest. I'm really tight on money, so I really hope I win. I've been foaming in mouth with anticipation for this glorious handheld, I NEED IT IN MY LIFE!

Wish people would stop complaining it's UK only. Do you know how much of a pain games have been here in the past (slow, letterboxed PAL) and still are sometimes (games being released here later, some not being released at all)? =P
