SSX Blur Cover Art

Posted Wed, 17 Jan 2007 by Anthony Dickens

EA have released the cover art for their upcoming snowboarding sequel SSX Blur.

It seems more and more likely that SSX Blur will actually get a spring release over here in Europe, currently the game is scheduled for a March 16th release date.

"SSX Blur is everything you expect from the franchise, delivered in a totally unexpected way. Revolutionary controls take full advantage of the Wii’s potential by putting you in total command of your skier or rider, on-the-ground & in-the-air, by translating every motion you make into the skills that create mountain legends."

The Wii game's cover art is the best of all consoles I think. It might be the smooth white cases which makes them look simple and clean. I only wish the green right-angled triangle was't there.

That little triangle thing is a PAL thing, I dunno why Nintendo do it..

The mystery to me is the few games I have with purple triangles (they are GC ones, and PAL too).

But nice cover art, I just hope the game is as good!

I'm expecting BIG things from EA in this game! Can't wait for it :)

Not so sure about including skiing though! Skiers suck! ;)

Skiing didn't work in the last game, I just couldn't get the feel to it.

They should stick to boarding, even though skiing is for the pros ;)
