This is the kit you'll need to plug NES or SNES controllers into your Wii.

Retrozone, an American company, have developed an adapter for the Wii which plugs straight into the USB port of your Wii that will allow you to connect up your NES and SNES controllers.

While the adapter will add nothing but nostalgia to playing your Virtual Console games some purists may find this expansion to be an essential purchase.

Each adapter will cost $19 (plus a $6 shipping cost for US residents) so bare in mind that you will be paying a similar price for this adapter as you would the multipurpose Classic Controller.

All the same though, those of you looking for a true retro feel might want to dig out their old controllers in order for some nostalgic gaming.

If it plugged into the Wiimote this could be interesting. Hardly the greatest development is it?

It plugs into a Gamecube controller port, and translates the buttons into Gamecube buttons. Not wireless yet AllYourBase :/
