Nintendo Registers Multiple Domains

Nintendo of America has registered several Wii-related web domains that do hint to us about new Wii ideas.

Over 40 domains have been uncovered. Many of these domains have specific names that hint to us what Nintendo is doing with the Wii. Such names as WiiSchool.com, WiiChallenger.com and WiiKaraoke.com give us ideas of what Nintendo is coming up with for its newest console. WiiKaraoke.com also helps confirm the fact that the Wii remote will have a microphone.

Some other domains that have been uncovered are WiiSports.com, WiiCooking.com, WiiVC.com, WiiWorld.com, WiiConnect24.com, WiiBreeding.com, WiiCreator.com, WiiActive24.com and WiiAlive24.com.

It reminds me on the Arcade and Sports range logos Nintendo used to have on NES covers. They seem to be getting back into that with the DS having the touch generation logos on certain games aswell.

I actually know someone who bought www.TheWiiTalk.com. WiiTalk.com would have been better...I bet Nintendo wanted it.
